Designed and engineered on Roadmaster chassis with a MaxxForce 7 diesel powerplant, the vertically incorporated 2012 Vesta generates 300 horsepower @ 2600 rpm with 600 pound feet of torque @ 1600 rpm. The engine is paired with 2500MH transmission and brings together cutting edge truck industry technology of Navistar and motorized RV legacy of Monaco RV, resulting in a midsized front engine, sleek motorhome. It also features airbag suspension, wind tunnel tested aerodynamics, a low center of gravity and a stylish yet unique grille design to help Monaco spotters identify Vesta from across the campground. It’s the 1st motorhome that’s jointly designed by Navistar and Monaco RV. The all-new Vesta boasts a GVW rating of 29,000 pounds and comes standard with airbrakes, 4 deluxe airbags and air-leveling system forming the foundation of its suspension system, the ride of Vesta is comfortable and smooth.
